Contracting
You can make the contracting request above or by emailing [email protected]. Your request to get contracted will trigger an email with a link. Simply click on the link in the email to begin the contracting process.
When you are filling out the contracting questions, you will be asked to select your Upline FMO is. Please select “Agent Pipeline” from the list.
After Alignment approves your contracting request, you will receive a Welcome Email from [email protected] with the subject of “Welcome from Alignment Healthcare”.

Transfer/Release Policy
Agents in good standing will be able to request a transfer one (1) time per year with no release required from FMO/Agency hierarchy. Requests must be submitted by 15th of the month. Those requests will then be effective the following month with a blackout period from October – December.
Requests to moves during the 4th quarter will require a letter of release. To begin the transfer, complete the Alignment Transfer Form. Be prepared to upload the letter of release If you are submitting the request between October – December.

Add Non Resident State
Alignment will require that you be appointed in all states you want to sell in PRIOR to being able to sign a client application. You need to log into your Alignment portal to complete the state specific certifications for any state you want access to.
