Contracting
You can make the contracting request above or by emailing [email protected]. Your request to get contracted will trigger an email with a link. Simply click on the link in the email to begin the contracting process.
You will receive an email from [email protected]. Simply click the link in the email to start the contracting process. The subject line of the email will be Your Invitation to Contract with Assurity Life Insurance Company.
After Assurity approves your contracting request, you will receive a Welcome Email. If you are contracting an agency that you own, you will receive two emails, one for the agency and one for yourself.
This welcome email will also come from: [email protected] with the subject: [name] – Assurity Contracting.

Transfer/Release Policy
A signed Letter of Release will be needed from an agent’s current hierarchy if either of the following two scenarios are true.
Once you have the signed Letter of Release from your hierarchy, please forward to [email protected] to get the transfer request started.
A signed Letter of Release will be needed from an agent’s current hierarchy if either of the following two scenarios are true.
- An agent has written business in the prior six (6) months or
- An agent’s contract was received and confirmed active in the prior six (6) months.
Once you have the signed Letter of Release from your hierarchy, please forward to [email protected] to get the transfer request started.
Demographic Changes
Email [email protected] and indicate what the changes are. Be sure to include your name & Agent number in the email.

Add Non Resident State
Pennsylvania is the only pre-appointment state with Assurity Life. This means that you need to notify Assurity Life to add PA to your contract. You will then need to wait for confirmation before you can sign any client application. Simply email [email protected] to request that they add PA to your contracting file. Be sure to include a copy of the state license in your email.
Assurity Life will simply turn on all other state appointments when you write your first piece of business.
