We use SureLC for contracting with Cigna Medicare Supplement, Ancillary and Final Expense products. You can make that request above and review our Instructions or YouTube videos for getting set up in the portal and making the request. Processing will take approximately 7-10 business days. An email will be sent to you from Cigna with your new agent number when the approval process is complete.
The only Pre-appoint states are PA, MT and TX. This means that the state appointment must be active before you can sign a client application. All other states will trigger the state appointment request when you take your first client application in that state.

Transfer/Release Policy
A letter of release is required if agent has written business in the past 6 months or has contracted with previous upline in the past 6 months.
If the agent is unable to obtain the required release or does not meet the 6-month rule, they will need to email [email protected] that they intend to switch hierarchies in 6-months. This email will serve as the start of the 6-month waiting period and we will track that date on the agent’s profile.
