You can make the contracting request above or by emailing [email protected]. You will receive an email from Devoted Health with a unique registration link to register and complete the contracting application. You will need to complete the certification process before Devoted Health will finalize your contracting application and place you in a Ready to Sell status.
It takes approximately 4-12 business days for Devoted Health to process contracting applications, background checks and certification reviews.

- To receive an immediate release, send a release request to Devoted Health’s Agent Support department, by calling their office at (877) 764-9446 or posting a “message” from within your Devoted Health Agent Portal.
- Immediate releases take about 7 business days to process.
Delayed 90 Day Release:
- If an immediate release is not granted by an upline office, you will be automatically placed on a delayed release status.
- A 60 calendar day window will start the day the release request is received by Devoted Health.
- You may continue to write business during the 60 day delayed release period.
- All parties will be notified via email once the delayed release has been processed.

Add Non Resident State
Log into your Humana Agent Portal to view your current non-resident appointments. Navigate to Licensing & Contracts. Active agents can add a license by sending an email to [email protected]. Ask for the state to be loaded on your Humana appointments. Include your SAN number in your email.
