You can make the contracting request above or by emailing [email protected]. Your request to get contracted will trigger an email with a link. Simply click on the link in the email to begin the contracting process.

After Anthem/Elevance approves your contracting request, you will receive a Welcome Email. This welcome email will come from [email protected] with the subject: "You're now appointed to sell with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield".

Transfer/Release Policy
For an immediate transfer, you will be required to obtain a Letter of Release from your current upline. You will need to upload/provide the Letter of Release when completing the online contract request.
If you cannot obtain a Letter of Release, the transfer will be delayed for sixty (60) days. You can continue to take client enrollments during this sixty (60) day period. The business will be coded under the appropriate hierarchy during and after the delayed transfer period.
At the end of the delayed transfer period, your contract will be transferred to the new hierarchy.
