Contracting
You can make the contracting request above or by emailing [email protected]. Your request to get contracted will trigger an email with a link. Simply click on the link in the email to begin the contracting process.

When you complete the Agreement, be sure to mark “yes” when it asks if you have an Existing Upline. Then select “Agent Pipeline NPN# 10089736” in the list.
After Essence approves your contracting request, you will receive a Welcome Email. If you are contracting an agency that you own, you will receive two emails, one for the agency and one for yourself. You will also then need to set up two online Essence Agent portal accounts, one for the agency and one for yourself.

Transfer/Release Policy
For an immediate transfer, you will be required to obtain a Letter of Release from your current upline. Please forward that letter to [email protected] to get the process started.
If you cannot obtain a Letter of Release, you can begin a delayed six (6) month release. Complete the SHC Advantage Agent Release Form and email it to [email protected] and [email protected].
Once Essence Healthcare receives the form, a six month clock will start. At the end of the six months, your contract will be transferred to the new hierarchy. You can continue to take client enrollments during this six month period. The business will be coded under the appropriate hierarchy during and after the six month period.

Add Non Resident State
Essence will require that you be appointed in all states you want to be able to selling PRIOR to being able to sign a client application. You need to email [email protected] to request that they add the states to your contracting file. Be sure to include a copy of the state license in your email.
