Contracting
You can make the contracting request above or by emailing [email protected]. Your request to get contracted will trigger an email with a contracting link from [email protected]. Simply click the link in the email to start the contracting process. The subject line of the email will be Your Invitation to Contract with Physicians Mutual. After Physicians Mutual approves your contracting request, you will receive a Welcome Email. This welcome email will also come from: [email protected] with the subject: Confirmation of Completed Contracting for Physicians Mutual.

Transfer/Release Policy
You can fill in the top section of this Transfer Request Form and return it to [email protected] for processing. Physicians Mutual does not have any other rules, such as when you last wrote business under a different hierarchy. Transfers are usually completed in about seven (7) business days.

Add Non Resident State
Mississippi is the only pre-appointment state with Physicians Mutual. This means that you need to notify Physicians Mutual to add MS to your contract. You will then need to wait for confirmation before you can sign any client application. Simply email [email protected] to request that they add MS to your contracting file. Be sure to include a copy of the state license in your email. Physicians Mutual will simply turn on all other state appointments when you write your first piece of business.
