How long does it take to get contracted and what is the process?
Contracting is a seamless process with SureLC. Most of our carriers use this online system for contracting. A few of our carriers do not allow for electronic contracting, and those carriers can be requested through our online form.

SureLC integrates with NIPR (National Insurance Producer Registry), giving you real-time information. Creating an account for the first time is a quick eight minute process. How often are commissions paid and are there advanced commissions?
Commissions are paid directly through the carriers. You are 100% vested once you are appointed with a carrier, and you will have access to their agent portal, which will allow you to track all of your business. Some carriers even offer advanced commissions.

Do you have leads?
We offer several options for leads and prospects.
- The first option is to become contracted with us, and we will set you up with 500 free prospects through Giant Partners.
- A second option is to purchase exclusive leads through one of our LeadCENTER if you're contracted with us. Learn more.
- A third option is to purchase lists through USA Data, backed by Mutual of Omaha.
- And finally, we offer step-by-sep instructions on how to run cost-effective ads targeting leads on social media - we even provide the ad content. We also offer a lead-generating website quote widget.
Can I write business in any state?
Yes! We can assist you in writing business, and providing options for your clients in all 50 states.
do i need errors & omissions coverage?
Most carriers recommend that you have E&O coverage, but it depends upon the product. For example, Aetna, Cigna and Mutual of Omaha do NOT require you to have E&O coverage if you're writing Medicare Supplement policies; however, we recommend that you DO get coverage to protect yourself. can i have downline agents?
Yes, we help you every step of the way while you're building your agency and you can most certainly have agents underneath you. We can stay completely anonymous to your agents if you prefer, allowing you to run your agency with complete autonomy, but will help you get your agents contracted. How do I find tools and products on your website?
Our Tools & Training page houses several of our agent tools. Search bars on the bottom of every page will allow you to search for any keyword on our website. Our Carrier Selection page has links to agent portals. Our Quoting & Technology page houses all of our online quoting resources. Our Forms & Supplies page allows you to search for PDF forms for many of our carriers.

How do I get help with carrier websites?
We're here to help you navigate agent websites/carrier portals so that you become an expert at submitting electronic applications, looking up your policies and commission reports, downloading forms and materials and utilizing all of the tools available to you. We can do screen share sessions or walk you through a carrier's website on a phone call.
how do I run quotes?
We have numerous online tools to run quotes for your clients. You can access all quoting tools from our Quoting & Technology page.
- Life and Annuity quote tools include Winflex Web, Term quotes powered by Life Quoter
- Resource for Rates includes Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, Hospital Indemnity, Senior Dental and Final Expense. As one of our contracted agents, you will get full access to this tool.
- Quoting tools available in MedicareCENTER also allows you to run Med Supp, MA, Hospital Indemnity, Dental and Final Expense. There is a MedicareCENTER app available in the App Store and Google Play.
- Quote Requests can be submitted for: Annuities, Disability Income, Life, Long-term Care and Short-term Care.
How do I submit applications?
Carriers prefer that you submit your applications electronically. This ensures they are submitted correctly, and it also ensures you get paid faster. Logging into individual carrier agent portals is the fastest way to submit applications. You can also submit applications through MedicareCENTER and the iGo e-App.
do you provide marketing resources?
Yes! Our Director of Marketing and Sales Managers are here to assist you with customized marketing plans which can include assistance with branding, logo design, email marketing, social media marketing, branded marketing materials, landing pages, website reviews and more. How do I order marketing materials from carriers?
Many marketing materials are available to be ordered online from our Forms & Supplies page. If a carrier doesn't have their marketing materials available via iPipeline, logging into the carrier's agent portal will give you access to all the materials you need, including access to electronic applications. If you need assistance ordering, we're happy to help you.
